Project Lead of the Dodo Kids Pizza Academy

We are looking for a Lead to our unique project Dodo Pizza Kids Academy, which we are launching in our future flagship pizza store in Dubai. Our goal is to make a brilliant cooking master class experience and attract lots of customers and and their kids from all over UAE.
You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the entire business unit.

Your future tasks:

• Work on improving key products for the Kids Pizza Academy, including pizza masterclasses, themed workshops, and birthday events in collaboration with the R&D department;
• Identify new niches and opportunities to increase customer flow;
• Enhance the efficiency of Kids Pizza Academy's business processes and establish a pool of suppliers;
• Focus on increasing retention and achieving target revenue and customer rating metrics;
• Increase conversion from Kids Pizza Academy to Dodo Pizza;
• Conduct team training;
• Conduct regular Cast Dev (Development) research;
• Analyze merch store sales, monitor inventory, and participate in assortment updates;
• Collaborate with the marketing department on promotion and SMM strategy.

What do we expect from our candidate?

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in this field;
• Fluent English;
• Flexibility and willingness to work in uncertainty;
• Strong communication skills;
• Creative thinking;
• Problem solving skills;
• Experience in working with children's concepts/products will be a big bonus.

The location where we primarily review candidates: located in Dubai.
