Operations Manager (Dodo Pizza Kids Academy)

Dubai is a new priority for the development of Dodo pizza. We have already launched one pizzeria and we are not going to stop :)

Now we are looking for an Operational manager of Dodo Pizza Kids Academy, which we are launching in our future flagship pizza store in Dubai. In this role you will define and execute the full process cycle of kids master class and everything which it may be concerned about. Ordering the ingredients, hiring and training stuff, scheduling, financial statements and guest relations - all of this will be your area of responsibility. Our goal is to make a brilliant pizza master class experience and attract lots of customers from all over Dubai.

Your responsibilities:

• Organize brilliant execution of systematic kids master classes;
• Hire and manage team of kids instructors, administrators and content creators. Conduct proactive services principles and be responsible for team education;
• Proper work with the suppliers and pizzeria team, avoid OOS and be ready for each master class with ingredients and all inventory;
• Working with school groups, all flow organization (from scheduling till master-class conducting);
• Organize birthday parties;
• Systematic work on customer feedback and getting insights from regular CustDev’s;
• Manage Pizza Academy P&L, be responsible for financial figures;
• Create and scale the process of shooting at master classes.

We expect you to have:

• At least three years of work experience in the event-management and operational marketing field;
• Previous work experience in kids entertainment and big complex projects launching;
• Fluent English;
• Willingness to work in uncertainty;
• Strong communication skills;
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking;
• Problem solving skills;
• This is a full-time position, and the candidate must be located in Dubai. For great candidates not from Dubai we will support with relocation bonus.
