
Operations Lead Drinkit
Drinkit is a new-generation digital coffee shop chain from Dodo Brands. We’ve reimagined the coffee business and made it fully digital, from ordering through the app, where you can customize your drink and adjust the flavor with a single click, to the smart pickup system that remembers the guest's name and helps easily locate an order among dozens of others.
Coffee and technology incompatible, you might say? Not in our case. We’ve made technology an assistant in the process, seamlessly integrating it into the guest experience. By combining digital technology with high-quality products and emotional service, we’ve created a coffee shop concept that makes you want to stop by every day for your favorite drink.
In Dubai, we have big plans for the growth and expansion of Drinkit locations, aiming to launch 100+ spots. The team is currently building a corporate network that will serve as a model for coffee shops around the world.
We are looking for an Operations Manager for our coffee shops, ready to join the team in the near future. Currently, we have 5 active coffee shops, and next year, we plan to open up to 7 new locations within the corporate network and around 6 more with our franchise partners.
What is the main challenge of this role?
The key responsibility will be maintaining operational excellence in our coffee shops, hiring and developing the team, and working alongside them to improve the guest experience and profitability.

- Overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of coffee shops in accordance with established standards of quality, service, and atmosphere;
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
- Achieving profitability targets, metrics, and goals (OKRs);
- Team management: mentoring and development;
- Active collaboration with unit leaders (managers) and coffee shop teams;
- Coordinating the launch of new coffee shops.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in managerial roles in operational retail with 5+ locations (preferred sectors: coffee business, QSR, retail);
- Skills in hiring and team development;
- Ability to work with employee motivation;
- Result-oriented mindset and maintaining high service standards in coffee shops;
- Skills in scheduling (personal and store-level) and prioritization;
- Proactive in managerial decision-making and achieving business goals;
- Operational management skills;
- Advanced technical skills: POS systems, spreadsheets;
- Understanding of P&L and ability to influence metrics.
