About us:

Drinkit is a digital-first coffee shop chain changing the game in the world's coffee market. Now we have 23 stores in 3 countries, and it’s just the beginning!

We are looking for a talented Marketer who will adapt and execute global strategy for Dubai market to win guests' hearts and make Drinkit in Dubai global and international brand. Two Drinkit coffee shops have been launched in Dubai recently, and two more are under construction. We plan to build our own food production in 2024 and open 30 coffee shops by 2026. We believe that Drinkit can take a place in the top 10 coffee chains in the world within 5 years, and we need you to make it happen!

Your future tasks:

• Adapt and execute global strategy for Dubai market to win guests' hearts, be better than competitors;
• Growth-hacking: test hypothesis to increase sales and frequency;
• Manage market analytics and customer research to find growth points for guests’ experience;
• Propose ideas on how to improve the menu and customer experience;
• Lead new coffee shop launches and set up pricing.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in Customer research: quantitative and qualitative research, deep interviews;
• Analytical skills: you can evaluate performance of products, marketing tools and launch results;
• Strong desire to directly influence the product and strategy; be brave with experiments, new ideas, and hypotheses;
• Deep understanding of product pricing and menu economics;
• Product growth experience in international markets;
• High level of autonomy and responsibility, implying the ability to self-organize;
• Be ready for cross-functional interaction;
• English level B2-С1.
