HR manager (Dubai)

We are looking for an HR manager to join our corporate pizzeria network in Dubai, responsible for our internal document management and recruitment processes. You will work alongside the best professionals who are passionate about their work, and your key task will be to keep our HR process system based on specific legislation in UAE.
*The role involves a hybrid work format, full-time schedule with mandatory presence in Dubai.

Your responsibilities:

Visa and Employment Management:

• Facilitating visa procedures and overseeing contract modifications;
• Administering internal contracts for employees;
• Obtaining required certificates related to the food safety standards;
• Choosing insurance plans and securing coverage for team.

Document Drafting:

• Creating various documents, including official documents and agreements;
• Preparing employment-related paperwork such as offer letters, salary certificates, termination agreements, etc.

Internal HR Procedures:

• Developing HR instructions and guides;
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and employees documentations;
• Recording and managing leave schedules.

Recruitment:

Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings and interviews.

We are looking for a person with the following skills:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in PRO and HR services in UAE;
• Fluent English; Russian is an advantage;
• Knowledge of local legislation, keeping up-to-date with materials and update as necessary;
• Familiarity with UAE Labor and Immigration Ministries and other government bodies including UAE Free Zone & Mainland Company Incorporation;
• Knowledge of new visa/renewals/medicals/ EID process of employees under different trade licenses;
• Ability to work with candidates at all stages of the selection process (recruitment, interviews, testing);
• Excellent communication skills in a human relations - friendly and approachable;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information, high level of multitasking while being able to keep up with details;
• Fast learner, energetic.
