Business Development Manager

About us:

Drinkit is a digital-first coffee shop chain changing the game in the world's coffee market. Now we have 23 stores in 3 countries, and it’s just the beginning!

We are looking for a talented Business developer who will lead the search for new locations for Drinkit coffee shops in Dubai. Two Drinkit coffee shops have been launched in Dubai recently, and two more are under construction. We plan to build our own food production in 2024 and open 30 coffee shops by 2026. We believe that Drinkit can take a place in the top 10 coffee chains in the world within 5 years, and we need you to make it happen!

Your future tasks:

• Develop and execute property search strategy for Drinkit Chain in Dubai;
• Find the best match between the concept and the locations for the new shops;
• Deep analytics of the location; decision-making process should be based on numbers;
• Draft and submit budget proposals and ensure the project expenses are within the budget and target ROI;
• Build a case about the location: revenue forecast, traffic at the location, CAPEX, ROI for the location and present it to the internal Drinkit Global Premisses committee;
• Negotiate the best commercial terms for rent;
• Build long-term relationships with main leasing managers.
  

What do we expect from you?

• High level of autonomy and responsibility, implying the ability to self-organize;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical and calculation skills, knowledge of P&L reports;
• Three years of experience with commercial properties
• Critical thinking;
• Entrepreneurial spirit;
• Fluent English, driver's license;
• Full-time position; the candidate must be located in Dubai.
